Liana Randazzo joined Blue Beyond in June of 2015 with a strong background in facilitation and leadership development. Liana’s wide range of experience includes coordinating large-scale events, coaching leaders, designing curriculums, and leading employee engagement initiatives. She received a BA in Psychology, with minors in Spanish and Criminal Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, as well as an MA in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Liana is a Myers Briggs Certified Practitioner and an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner.
