Jennifer Bushman is a Business Change Director in Anthem Learning and Development. She has worked in Learning and Development for 12 years and has a Master of Arts degree in Speech Communication. Jennifer’s current responsibility is to oversee Learning and Development’s Business Segmentation Model that includes Flipped Classroom.
Erika Ropke-Polanis is a Business Change Manager, Sr. for Anthem and has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. She has a Master’s in Human Resource Development and specializes in Change Management. Erika’s current responsibility is to oversee Learning and Development’s Flipped Program and support all Flipped Projects in flight.
Toni Ferbrache is an Instructional Design and Development Manager for Anthem, Inc. She is a 20-year veteran in the Learning and Development field and holds a Master’s of Science in Education and Instructional Design. Toni currently leads the development of the Flipped Playbook and has been a Subject Matter Expert in the Flipped process.
Bridget Bryson is Director of Content Development for Anthem Learning & Development. She leads the design and development of learning and performance support for all functions. She’s been focused on driving innovation and cultivating creativity in her current role. She is a 20-year veteran in L&D and has a Master’s in Educational Technology.
