Erika Ropke-Polanis is a Business Change Manager, Sr. for Anthem and has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. She has a Master’s in Human Resource Development and specializes in Change Management. Erika’s current responsibility is to oversee Learning and Development’s Flipped Program and support all Flipped Projects in flight.

She is a 20-year veteran in the Learning and Development field and holds a Master’s of Science in Education and Instructional Design.
