Subadhra Parthasarathy heads the Learning Delivery for Americas and EU wherein she focuses on designing the associate’s learning experience that assures capability uplift and enables career transition for Cognizant’s employees. As portfolio owner, Subadhra has extensive knowledge and experience in architecting and designing learning solutions that help uplift associate capabilities in Project /Program Management, Data warehousing, Testing, System Architecture and Consulting areas. For over 16 years her experience spans software development, program management, change management and talent development with global cultural exposure. She is well known among her colleagues for her passion towards creative problem solutioning, accelerating change and people skills. Subadhra has done her Bachelor of Engineering specializing in Computer Science from Annamalai University in India. She is also a PMP certified professional for over a decade. Recently she has been recognized by the TrainingMag as an Emerging Training Leader.
