Cisco is changing the way the world innovates. The pace of change is immense, and the only way to keep up and solve big problems is by co-innovation. A fast-changing workforce challenges large corporations to do things differently in order to compete. The future of work looks very different and we must reimagine what engagement looks like, and how to give workers the skills they need to work across multiple organizations and succeed in this new environment.
Cisco is helping to redefine the knowledge worker of the future. With emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, enhancing and augmenting human workers is a must. Every employer is responsible to enable workers to reach their full potential and leveraging available technology to stay competitive. We must answer questions like, how are they making better and more informed decisions and how do we leverage big data and analytics to understand our workforce more comprehensively? This will allow companies to move to proactive from reactive.
Join Cisco to discuss the worker of the future, co-innovation and solving some of the world’s biggest challenges through programs such as Cisco CHILL. You will hear from innovation experts about how Cisco is spearheading multiple efforts to address and answer these questions.
