Jen is the Chief Learning Officer at PerkinElmer. PerkinElmer is a global leader committed to innovating for a healthier world. Jen joined PerkinElmer in 2017 and is responsible for delivering high impact leadership and organizational development solutions closely aligned to key business drivers. Prior to PerkinElmer, Jen served as the Chief Learning Officer for Providence Health and Services. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the Talent Management and Learning functions for the organization. Jen’s professional experience includes talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, learning design and facilitation, employee engagement, and change management. Jen holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development from Vanderbilt University.
