Heather Whiteman, PhD is an expert in People Analytics, Talent Transformation and the Future of Work. She has held executive roles leading People Analytics, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations and HR Technology at companies like General Electric (GE), Pacific Gas & Electric, and more through consulting partnerships. Heather teaches People Analytics at UC Berkeley Haas and UC Berkeley Extension. She has a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Human Capital Management.

Chris Lovato

Director of Human Capital Insights, Medtronic

Chris Lovato, Ph.D. has over 25 years of experience in the people analytics space including employee surveys, assessments, competency modeling, and artificial intelligence for HR. He currently serves as the Human Capital Insights Director at Medtronic and previously held positions at IBM, Home Depot, United Airlines, and Century Link. Chris earned doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
