Debra has over 20 years’ experience in HR Transformation. She has experience in large US and global corporate environments, has managed geographically dispersed teams, lived and worked abroad in Europe, and has led projects with workforces in over 100 countries. She works directly with C-level leaders to architect strategy and manage delivery all aspects of Talent and Core HR with her clients. Debra held the position of Chief Human Capital Officer for a financial services firm in NYC; a Managing Director in Accenture’s NA Talent & Organization Practice and built Grant Thornton LLP’s HR Transformation US Practice before joining IBM.
Randall is a passionate and empathetic, leader with over 15 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Cognitive Cloud Capability Development & HR/IT Strategy. In his current capacity he leads IBM's HR Technology Strategy Organization that helps companies define how emerging technologies can enable disruptive strategies, create business value and vastly improve the employee experience.
