Kirk Santos has dual roles as Chief Learning Officer for Pitney Bowes and the head of HR for the Global Financial Services business unit. As Chief Learning Officer, Kirk and his team and I are focused on building strong business partnerships to enable our company transformation. This includes directing the novel outsourcing of L&D with partner NIIT. Kirk has focused the rebranding of L&D to focused on a business partnership that interlocks business outcomes to L&D investments and execution. This starts with seeking to solve and understand what initiatives matter most in delivering profit-forward value.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Kirk has 23+ years of cross-industry HR expertise through strategic and diversified Business Partner / Specialist assignments in Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, IBM, Caesars Entertainment, L’Oréal USA, Altria, and National Grid. Throughout his career he has managed teams within highly matrixed environments or directly led global / regional teams of various sizes.
